The medium that offers this possibility is generally referred to as a Multimedia Presentation. RAJ Technologies can help you to prepare your presentation on the CD-ROM enabling you to present in a much more interactive and interesting way. At the same time give your potential customer data, facts and figure in a manner in which they will be able to understand and not get tired and bored. Perfect presentation is combination of various components that can be included in a presentation.

The Standard Presentation: -

A standard multimedia presentation consists of a combination of text, graphics, illustrations, photos, Internet links, (website and e-mail addresses) and the interactivity between these components.

Text :

In virtually all presentations written text is required to inform your clients about the various aspects of your business. You can include text that introduces yourself, your company, or your products and services. Text can sent to us in a variety of different ways, e-mail, post, in catalogue form etc.

Still images (Graphics - Illustration - Photos):

As a main visual element, still images provide strong impressions of your business. Your corporate identity, such as a logo, corporate color(s) will be included to ensure that a professional look is portrayed. Product photographs, Infrastructure & applications related photographs could definitely add a value.

Internet links, (website and e-mail addresses):

Once we have finished your presentation, we're quite certain you will want to give your prospective or current clients a CDROM or an E-Biz Card. You can include a multitude of email addresses and links in the presentation so you can send people to different areas of the Internet or to send e-mail to various departments within your company. When a user inserts the CDROM or Business Card into his/her computer, the presentation should start immediately.

If that user is connected to the Internet at that time, sending e-mails and/or browsing your companies website can be done instantaneously. If they are not connected, the dial up feature of Microsoft Windows will be launched and the user can choose whether or not he/she wants to connect at that time or not.

Interactivity:

" Interactive" means that your client is in control of the presentation rather than watching an entire show and waiting until it’s over before being able to move to a different area in the presentation. In interactive presentations users can choose what is of interest to them and skip directly to that point, with a simple click of the mouse.

Sound Effects and Background Music:

Adding music to your presentation is an option available to you. We will use our talents to try and "marry" certain parts of the presentation with music we feel fits together well. We also welcome suggestions, from you, to ensure you end up with a well-orchestrated show.

Sound Effects such as "pops" or "whistles" can be included so the user hears something when they click on a button or move their mouse over a certain area on the screen.

ADD-ON ELEMENTS

Digital Video:

Filming of objects or people is one of the first elements that must be considered when designing a digital presentation. If you choose to include video, we will add either music or an accompanying voice. There is also the possibility of just having background sounds accompany the "short movie"

Virtually anything can be filmed to produce an impressive overview of a product, service or location.

A careful decision must be made to as to how much video should be used. CDROM presentations can handle quite a lot of video, as 1 minute of video will take approximately 10MB of space or in other words, 1.5% of the disc space. A business card is only 50MB and therefore 1 minute of video will take up approximately 20% of the space on the card.

Quite possibly you already have some video footage of your factory or your products etc. If this is the case, we can digitize and compress your video and include it in your presentation. If you don’t have any video footage yet, we have qualified cameramen who can go to the desired location and film several areas you wish to include in your interactive production.

Virtual Reality:

Virtual reality is used to view a product or location in a 360 Degree panoramic view. For an object such as a diamond, the user is able to view each and every angle of the diamond by rotating the mouse. Another example is an individual standing in the center of a room and turning around 360 degrees. That person can see each and every wall in that room. We now have the possibility to put this type of view into your presentation. Your clients will be impressed, as they will have a better "feel" of your product or location.

Voice Over:

A voice over is an option where a voice can actually read out loud the accompanying text. This feature can add a more personal touch to your presentation. We are also able to make individual words appear at the same time the voice is heard.

3D Modeling & Animation:

3,D animation is basically the same element as video clip, but instead of having a real person or set, we use computer generated 3D model. The advantage is that we can have a non-existing imaginative virtual object. The 3D modeling and animation can make technical precision and mind-blowing imagination collide
